ProductLogz offers a feedback collection & management platform that are accessible via our websites and mobile applications. This platform allows you to collect customer feedback through its surveys, feedback board & allows customers to upvote and comment on feedback posted. It further allows you to publish roadmaps & changelogs on planned releases and released features. You can also reward customers with discounts & badges & integrate third paty productivity apps and manage your feedback collection efforts to build better products. Collectively, we refer to these tools as our “Services”.
Any collection, use, and management of personal information by any third party apps or social networks, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (collectively, the “Social Networks”) are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. When using any third party apps or Social Networks, you are required to comply with their privacy policies and terms. We recommend you carefully review their privacy policies and terms, as ProductLogz is not responsible for these third parties or Social Networks.

Billing and other payment information (if you sign up for a paid service), including payment method details, such as credit card number.
The Services you have acquired from us, including the type of plan, and transaction information related to the Services.
Your social profile information for Google or Social Networks you choose to connect to the Services. For example, your Gmail profile information may include your gmail username and profile image.
A specific location such as an address, a city, or a place (for example, a restaurant) if you choose to share this information.

We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, would be extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required.
You may update, correct, or delete your Account information and preferences at any time by accessing your Account settings page. Please note that we may store information for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, due to legal obligations, or if we believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
We will not send you any commercial information unless you at a previous point have actively agreed to such. If you receive commercial emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email or by contacting us. It may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your request.

Employees and Authorized Contractors
Our employees and authorized contractors may need to access information about you when they require this to perform their job. For example, a customer support representative would need access to your account to validate your identity and respond to your question or request; our email communications team would need access to your contact information to ensure this information is sent correctly and any unsubscribe requests are properly managed; and our security staff would need to review information to investigate attempted denial of service attacks, fraudulent account activity, or other attempts to compromise the Services.

ProductLogz maintains industry standard security safeguards to protect your information. This includes ensuring our employees receive appropriate security and privacy training and guidance so they are aware of the measures they need to implement to protect your information.

If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Should we learn that Personal Data has been collected through the ProductLogz Services from children under 18 years of age without verifiable parental consent, we will seek to delete this information.
To the extent that a minor has posted content on the ProductLogz Services which is available for a group of people, the minor has the right to have this content deleted or removed using options described in this Policy. Even though we will do our outmost to permanently remove content, we cannot guarantee the deletion will be complete.

Depending on the situation and the type of data involved, Productlogz may act as a data controller or a data processor.
ProductLogz as a data controller
ProductLogz acts as a data controller when we are:
Collecting information from you to set up and administer your ProductLogz account (for example, Account information such as your name and email address);
Monitoring usage information on our website;
Managing your contact and other related information to send marketing, Services, and other communications to you;
Responding to a support or general inquiry; and
Recruiting individuals for job opportunities.
Legal bases for processing when ProductLogz is a data controller
The legal bases for processing information about you include:

ProductLogz as a data processor
ProductLogz does not own, control or direct the use of any of the Customer Data stored or processed by a Customer or user via the ProductLogz Services. Productlogz is largely unaware of what Customer Data is actually being stored or made available by a Customer to the Productlogz Service and does not directly access such Customer Data unless authorized by the Customer, or as necessary to provide the Productlogz Services to the Customer and its customers/ users.
Productlogz is not responsible for the content of the Personal Data contained in the Customer Data or other information stored on its servers or its subcontractors’ servers at the discretion of the Customer nor is Productlogz responsible for the manner in which the Customer collects, handles, distributes or otherwise processes such information.
Where you are using our Services and making decisions about the personal data that is being processed in the Services (including selecting the Social Network accounts and your online store you wish to connect to the Services, or uploading and using Content), you are acting as a data controller and ProductLogz is acting as a data processor.
There are certain obligations under the GDPR that you have as a data controller, including being responsible for managing Content on the Services. As a data processor, ProductLogz will only access and process Content to provide you with the Services in accordance with your instructions (which you provide through the Services), the Terms of Service, the Social Networks’ terms, and applicable laws. As part of delivering the Services, we may process Content to further improve the Services, such as enhancing usability and developing new features.
If you, as a data controller, require ProductLogz to agree to data protection requirements under Article 28, GDPR, or under UK data protection laws, ProductLogz makes available a data processing addendum that meets these requirements.
